The CreaSolv® Process is capable, depending on the solvent, of selectively dissolving polymers out of a waste stream of mixed postconsumer flexible packaging films. In the same process the polymer is purified, stabilised and converted into PCR pellets without thermal or mechanical degradation and for 100% re-use in film blowing.

Our BOSS-2D technology is a water based, density separation technology that separates problematic multi-layer flexible films from mono-layer, enabling the recycling of the mono-layer into consumer-grade film using our Plastic Recycling Enhancer (PRE) additive to homogenise Melt Flow Index and re-colour.

COtooCLEAN is a waterless cleaning process for polyolefin films, based on low-pressure super-critical CO₂ (scCO₂) and green co-solvents. It removes oils, fats and printing inks, effectively decontaminating polyolefin films back to food-grade standards. It creates a circular solution to the largest plastic waste stream, boosting recycling and producing high-value recyclate.
