He is a Mechanical Engineer and a postgraduate in Business administration. He has 42 years of extensive multi-disciplinary Engineering & management experience covering a wide spectrum of project management assignments, government affairs, pollution control/abatement & Waste prevention & management systems.

Inspiring more sustainability he has been working for various ministerial departments & agencies on the African continent rendering Engineering & consultancy services to sub-Sahara countries on Marine litter (plastic) management & damages to the marine environment. During the past years he has worked on Waste to Energy, Marine Environmental Management (MEM), creating & developing higher value addition & value chain linkages, handling & processing marine litter plastic waste & waste prevention & management, and on to manufacturing, process of converting recycled waste (recyclates) materials into (resources) new materials & objects through waste-processing (plastic waste) 4R Waste prevention & management in waste management sector (Reducing, Recycling, Repurposing and Reusing), whilst creating upstream & downstream Value chain linkages in/within communities in the Maritime Zones. He is a qualified environmental & sustainability professional & practitioner (QEP), a 4R Waste prevention & management systems expert &  a Circular Economy (CE) expert lead. He has presented papers on Blue Economy, Waste to Energy, Extended producer Responsibility (EPR), Classification, Labelling & Packaging (CLP) of (packaging materials), Air-Soil-Water pollution abatement control systems and sustainable solutions to plastic waste challenges.
